COUNT DOWN TO AFOTAMODI FESTIVAL - DAY 3

OUR DEAR ISARA AFOTAMODI❤️
- Saheed 'Lanre Fidelity
3rd November 2023

Isara is our hometown but it's also a great town! Everything about us is unique. There are lots of historical accounts in Isara when you peel back the layers.
We've got a lot of memory to fall back on when we reverse back through memory lane growing up at Isara Remo.

I would sit on the street corners in my hometown of Isara, Afotamodi, and I would play and have fun with my friends and family, even at night, there was nothing to be scared about, the Banjinis are our source of security strength.

And, generally, I say, If you did go to primary and secondary school in your hometown, there are surely many childhood memories ruining through us, there's solidarity with someone that is from your hometown and knows your parents and all that stuff.

Our home is our own! We know those who can support us to lift Isara forward, Isara is a community whose triumph story is claimable by sons and daughters of the noble town, Good or good, Isara is ours... Look back to memory lane 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 years ago! What has changed?
It's never too late, we are also trying our best, We can start from somewhere and God will help us to lift it further...

Let's celebrate Isara! It's going to be the 54th anniversary of great change and a positive turnaround in the life history of Isara when the Isara Progressive Union (IPU) was formed and endorsed for Isara development purposes when our fathers and leaders team up together to commission a series of projects. We won't always wait for the government before the project is achieved, they used to love to get things done through self-help.

I was told the great sage Obafemi Awolowo would always visit Isara, he even came to Isara with the likes of Henry Fajemirokun of blessed memory to commission community projects in a day. Development was a rapid one. Our leaders who have political influence did greatly, they used their political influence and opportunities to drive tangible opportunities to Isara... May God rest their souls🙏

Together I say we can! It's never too late, Community Development is never a one-man show, "gbe-kin-gbe leru fi more"
Agbajoowo lafin so aya, ajeeji owo kan Kii gberu de Ori.
Let's all stand up to rally support for the Odemo of Isara and the IDC for the progress of Isara Remo...
God will help us to achieve it🙏🙏🙏
God bless all of us sons and daughters of Isara Remo, Up we go always🙏

I wish all my family, sons, and daughters of Isara Remo at Home and abroad a happy and successful 2023 Afotamodi festival celebration filled with achievements and upliftment on the part of Isara Remo.

Congratulations to the Odemo of Isara,

Erinsiba III, The IDC, and the great people of Isara for witnessing this year's Afotamodi Festival.

May the Lord allow us to witness the GREAT Isara of our dreams in good health and happiness.
