Giving Back to Isara - Alhaji Lukman Sowemimo donates Transformer

GIVING BACK TO OUR ISARA

The Chairman of L&K Hotel and Suites, Obalende, Isara Remo,
Alhaji Lukman Ige Sowemimo (ALHAJI SNOOP) donated a transformer set to the relief of the residents of Onadeko Street, Obalende Isara Remo.

In his bid to give back to Isara, he has situated his hotel business in Isara and he is doing fine with it... His hotel business has been a means of employment opportunity for youths of Isara who seek to work there.

Just recently, he has deemed it fit to make electricity supply a stable and reliable one not only for his business but for the people of the area where the hotel is situated.

I also recalled that, a few years ago, as the president of the Quintessential Club of Isara, he alongside all members of the noble club donated solar lights to strategic places in Isara.

Personally also, in his philanthropic nature of doing his bit towards the development of our dear Isara, Alhaji Lukman donated some units of solar lights at Onadeko Street, Obalende Isara Remo just a few months ago.

Another one that he donated to the security department of Isara was the fencing of the Divisional Police HQ, Isara Division in 2019 among other gestural amenities solely donated by him for the betterment of Isara.

This is the way to go, Community development is not a one-man show, all of us, sons and daughters have roles to play in the development and positive development of Isara Remo. "agbajo Owo la fi nsoya, Ajoji Owo kan ko le gberu d'ori".

Isara Remo is now getting bigger and more accommodating than it used to be, all corners of Isara are now always busy with the construction of modern buildings at new sites is what we now witness in the long run.

The leadership of Isara should come together to think of what we can do to launch Isara into the limelight, it shouldn't be only when the bad things happened that we will be hearing the name of our town on the Radio, Television, and also reading from Newspaper and social media.

When coming from Lagos towards Ibadan, after Saapade to after the bridge at Erimobi, streets now leading from Isara to the expressway... A lot of houses are now on the Lagos Ibadan Express and they are still in Isara.

If you pass through this area at night when there is light, you will be wowed by the beauty of that place to be called Isara. But mind you, passersby who are not familiar with Isara don't know which town is it.

I mean, there is no single means of identification that all the Saapade area towards Ishan-Ibadan is Isara. That's not too good at all.

Isara Development Council can brand that Erimobi bridge with "WELCOME TO ISARA".
Those streets that are visibly linked to the express too can erect arcs facing the expressway with the name of their CDA followed by Isara Remo.

This is long overdue, most people have heard about Oba Akisanya the late Odemo of Isara, they have heard about Isara on social media and they don't know where it is, meanwhile, they pass by the town every day.

ISARA! - "ILU T'a tedo sori Oke, ti ko gbodo f'arasin" (A town set on a hill that can't be hidden). Visibly, passersby know there is a community, that is very lively, big enough, and accommodating but they don't know the name of the place. Let's do something about this.

On this note, I want to appreciate my egbon, a young entrepreneur, a pacesetter among youth for all that he has been doing for the good of Isara. Alhaji Snoop, it may seem people are not seeing all that you have been doing, just continue being good bros. If you serve Isara with good intentions, you will see it in whatever you are doing.

To the people of Isara, to whom much is given, much is expected, an art of gratitude towards one good gesture, paves the way for many other better gestures. If all these gestures keep coming, Isara will develop in no time.

I know many sons and daughters of Isara at home and abroad who are also giving back to Isara, Alhaji Lukman L&K is one of them. Let's appreciate them.

May God continue to bless all of us,
Sons and daughters of Isara Remo to be able to contribute our best for the continuous progress and development of Isara.

Together we can make Isara Great! United, we can stand.

Isara A sunwon,
Awa nen a dara nnen n'agbara Olorun ati Osi Isara.

God bless Alhaji Lukman Ige Sowemimo (Snoop), the Chairman of L&K Hotel and Suites, Isara Remo, and the President of Quintessential Club of Isara Remo.

Long may you reign baami,
Kabiyesi Alaiyeluwa
Oba Albert Adebose Mayungbe
Erinsiba III,
